For years lets just pay the student loans are exempt and if thigs get so taugh that interest went up to credit card gives me better deal apr for years lets just pay the student.

Instead of getting student loans, they should have financed their college education on credit cards and then filed bankruptcy. Credit Card debts are easier to get out of.
