Is there a student loan that takes care of tuition and living expenses?

I’m moving from the U.S. to Victoria, BC Canada in June. I plan on attending school in the fall and was going to work very hard on my degree. I want to fully focus on my education, so I would rather not fit in a part-time job. Are there student loan programs that will take care of tuition and my living expenses while I’m attending college?
