Do you have to let student loan companies know what you are spending the loan on? | Student Loan Colorado

Do you have to let student loan companies know what you are spending the loan on?

I want to pay off my current bills with a student loan, plus the extra costs of college, am I allowed to do this and will I have to give the lender an itinerary of expenses?
I would like to get a private student loan, with the check sent to me, would I have to let them know what I would be spending the money on or give them receipts? I would like to pay off my current bills (while making payments on the loan during school) so I don’t have to really worry about them now.
